Join your Battle Team to go through the TitanForge Workout of the Day. Workouts include calisthenics, barbell weightlifting, and sandbag exercises.
Since it follows the TitanForge Physical Training Guide, Battle Team Training is periodized and split into 4-week long Foundational, Strength, Endurance, and Functional Phases, giving you the variety you need in order to build battle-ready fitness.
You will complete similar movements throughout all 4 phases, allowing you to get comfortable with the proper form for all exercises involved.

Be Brilliant on the Basics
Each week, the main focus of the session will be on different exercises. Come to one each of Push, Carry, and Pull classes every week for 4 weeks and you will have a solid foundation of exercise knowledge to build upon in a Battle Team or by working out on your own!
