Battle Teams

6 People. 3 Days a Week. 1 Team.

Join your Battle Team to go through the TitanForge Workout of the Day. Workouts include calisthenics, barbell weightlifting, and sandbag exercises.

Since it follows the TitanForge Physical Training Guide, Battle Team Training is periodized and split into 4-week long Foundational, Strength, Endurance, and Functional Phases, giving you the variety you need in order to build battle-ready fitness.

You will complete similar movements throughout all 4 phases, allowing you to get comfortable with the proper form for all exercises involved.

Foundations Classes

Be Brilliant on the Basics

Want to get into the gym, but don’t know how to get started? That’s what our Foundations course is all about.
 
This is not a workout class, it’s a training session. You will learn proper form, body mechanics, and programming principles from a Certified Personal Trainer so you can make sure you’re exercising the right way from the very beginning.
 

Each week, the main focus of the session will be on different exercises. Come to one each of Push, Carry, and Pull classes every week for 4 weeks and you will have a solid foundation of exercise knowledge to build upon in a Battle Team or by working out on your own!

PUSH

Nail your push-ups. Optimize your bench press. Learn the tips and tricks for maximizing all of those “pushing” movements.

CARRY

If it helps you carry heavy loads over distances, it’s in this class. Squats, deadlifts, core exercises. You’ll also learn proper technique for rucking, one of the best low-impact cardio workouts for your entire body.

PULL

Go from no pull-ups to twenty. Build your shoulders and blast your biceps. Learn everything you need to know to get the most benefit out of all of those “pulling” movements.

Ruck it up

Rucking - the Foundation of Special Forces Training

RUCK•ING [VERB] Carrying a weighted pack on your back. It implies action, energy, and purpose.
 
Rucking is a foundational piece of Special Operations training. Green Berets, SEALs, and other high-speed operators are well versed in shouldering heavy rucks through cities, mountains, jungles and deserts, in war and in peace – alone when they must, together whenever possible.
 
Rucking is a perfect way to simultaneously build strength and aerobic capacity. The best part is, everyone can do it. Whether you’re just looking for a way to start getting in shape or want to add something new to your training program, rucking is for you. With Ruck It Up, you’ll learn everything you need to know about rucking and get outside pounding pavement and exercising as a group for every class, rain or shine.
